Editing the registry data
A value or a key can be added by clicking the right mouse button in the left part of the registry window.
You can change the name of a new or repaired value directly in the registry window.
The value can be changed in a new window.
These examples are based on Windows NT 4.0 - not all of the values have been tested in Windows 2000
There are a lot of various keys and values for each Windows version (according to different architectures).
Save key - saves the chosen key and its subkeys with values to a binary file.
Save subtree as - saves the subtree to a text file. Use this if you want to search for settings and values in a text editor.
Repair - enables to renewa key and its subkeys with values saved using the "Save key" option. Saved keys from the previous or newer OS versions cannot be used.
