Desktop Themes?

Many users feel disappointed when they do not find a tool for changing the desktop themes in Windows 2000. This tool is hidden and you have to start it in the Windows Explorer or in another file manager. So, if you want to change the theme, go to %Systemroot%system32 and run the themes.exe program. In Windows XP / 2003 this tool is missing, but you can change the theme in the Theme option in the Display setup.
